He is survived by: his wife Tammy Graham Barnes; his children, Richard Barnes Jr. (Ann) and Amy Gibson (Dennis); his brother Charles Barnes (Judy); his grandchildren, Justin Barnes (Andrea), Ryan Morgan (Brandie Fill) and Nakia Edwards; his great grandchildren, Preston Gibson and Delilah Barnes; his mother-in-law Susan Mack (Larry Dunlap); his siblings-in-law, Dawn Graham (Doug Hesse), Toni Graham (Laurie) and John Losey (Jody); his nieces, Brittany Foely (Dylan) and Briona Miller (Matt Schutt); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Adalynn, Aaliyah Foley, Payton Keys, Grayson Miller and Kanon Schutt.
The family suggests memorial donations may be made to Aseracare Hospice of Erie, Spring Creek Cemetery or the Garland Vol.
