He was predeceased by: his parent Charles J.; and his brother Charles Neizmik. He is survived by: his parent Georgianna Hardy Neizmik; his wife Cindy L. Stewart Neizmik; and his siblings, Dan Neizmik (Sallye) of Leland, NC, Bill Daub of Warren, PA, Rosy Cashmere of Sheffield, PA and Georgia Anthony (Mike) of Sheffield, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
