She was predeceased by: her father Richard Perrin. She is survived by: her mother Cathy A. Westfall (Thom); her close friend Joshua Miles of Youngsville; her former husband Jason May of Youngsville; her daughters, Sierra Anderson (Aubrey Wertz) of Warren, Arreanna Anderson of Tidioute and Haven May of Youngsville; her grandsons, James Greek and Brantley Steven; her sister ShaShawn Maze (Brian) of Youngsville; her stepsisters, Cindy Pratt and Judy Thom; her nephew Dalton Maze; her niece Kearston Maze; her close friend Ashley Bosko; and her pets, Sam and Jack.
