She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur J. Hamblin and Katheryn Hamblin (Thompson); her husband Charlie; her daughter Charlene Fleming; and her sisters, Hazel Smith, Bea Wing, Doris Colter and Betty Wheeler.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Chase-Johnson (James) of Columbia, SC and Scott Chase (Denise Brown) of Russell, PA; her grandchildren, Charles Johnson (Sarah), Sebastian Fleming, Bartholomew Fleming and Amelia Keith (Jarrett); and her great grandchildren, Janay, Jaxon and Ani. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
