She is survived by: her parents, Ralph Irvine and Patricia Irvine (Holmes); her children, Ashley Simmons (Seth Voty) and Jarret Simmons; and her siblings, Jim Phillips (Ann) of Warren, Deb Hunter (Mike) of Warren, Tim Phillips (Aiza) of Warren, Sue Mckendree of Sugar Grove and John Irvine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
