He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Briggs and Jean Briggs (Jordan); and his brother Rick Briggs. He is survived by: his siblings, Todd Briggs (Patty) of Bemus Point, NY and Rebecca Briggs Carr of Warren; his sister-in-law Kathy Briggs (Schnell); and his nieces and nephews, Rick "Boom" Briggs (Shere), Steve Briggs (Christina), Holly Jaquay (Todd), Carrie Kurtzman (Brad), Chrissy Sellstrom (Steve), Brodie Briggs, Ryan Chapman and Michael Chapman (Meghann).
Memorial donations may be made to the Sugar Grove Amvets Post 50, 3838 Stoney Run Road, Sugar Grove, Pa 16350, to be used for High School Scholarships and the food pantry.
