She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred C. Devore and Nettie Jones Devore; her husband Fred; and her siblings, Virginia Kellerman, Lorraine Stanton, Ray DeVore, Lyle DeVore and Donald DeVore.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Rulander Slaughter (Ross) of Mount Vernon, OH and Frederick A. Rulander, III (Kristine Loverme Rulander) of League City, TX; and her siblings-in-law, Lester Rulander of Youngsville, PA and Jerri Rulander of Warren. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
