He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cauvel and Opal Cauvel; and his siblings, Gary Cauvel, Ronald Cauvel and Sandra "Sue" Rhodes.
He is survived by: his children, Michele Cauvel of Youngsville and Jeffery Cauvel of St. Marys, PA; his grandchildren, Misty Rutz of St. Marys and Travis Cauvel of St. Marys; and his brother Donald Cauvel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
