He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ford and Erma Ford (Vibbert); his son Michael Ford; his wife Cindy Williams Ford; and his siblings, Matthew Ford and Donna Callahan.

He is survived by: his children, Alicia Williams of Warren, Tyler Ford of Warren, Ryan Ford (Brianna Marsh) of Youngsville and Bryonna Ford (Ronnie Blynt) of Ashville, NY; his grandchildren, Aiden, Ryleigh and James Ford; and his siblings, Erma Blystone of Irvine, Mary Dailey (Richard) of Youngsville and Ronald Ford of Shokan, NY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
