He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Simmons Pugh; his daughters, Paula Miller (Jefferson) of Youngsville and Laura Pugh (Christopher Shields) of Tidioute, PA; his stepdaughter Lisa Kays of Jamestown, NY; his sisters, Linda Fehlman of Youngsville and Bertha Lucille Fisher of Garland, PA; and his grandchildren, Duston, Austin, Lucas, Jordan, Jacob, Ashley, Rockael and Hanna.
