She was predeceased by: her parents, John Phillips and Doris Gifford Phillips; her son James Crutchfield; and her brother A. James Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey, Brad, Tonia and Terry; and her sister Lola Hickle (Danzel) of Hebron, OH.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
