Janet Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 10, 1998, Janet Smith (Youngsville, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her brothers, Reid Pierson (Lois) and George "Milt" Pierson (Marily); her brother-in-law David Boughton; her husband Martin D. Smith; her siblings, Anita Boughton of Ellington and Neil Pierson; her sisters-in-law, Liz of Youngsville and Anna "Nancy" Johnson of Warren; her children, Donna Smith Cude of Kimberly, Gaillard Smith (Carolyn) of Camas, Jordan, Carrie, Lucas and Jared; her great grandchildren, Elliott Macklem, Zoe Macklem and Amelia Macklem; and her children, Marilee Hazeltine (Troy), Paul Armes, Andrew Armes, Alisen Hazeltine and Cyrus Hazeltine. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family urges that donations be made in her name to the Rouse Home.
