It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James L. Miller of Youngsville, Pennsylvania, born in Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 1, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond John Miller (RJ) and Irene Salome Wenzel Miller; his wife Marilyn L. Miller (Smith); his foster brother Arthur Anderson; his sister Anita Miller Smith; and his brothers-in-law, Charles Smith and Melvin Ned Smith.

He is survived by: his son-in-law John; his children, Grace Backstrom (John) of Warren, Gayle Kerman (Larry) of Getzville, NY, Geraldine Lyter (Chad) of Allegany, NY, Glenn Miller (Judy) of West Grove, PA and Bart VanLoven; his grandchildren, MaryLynne Kerman (Tony Rindsberg), Kristen Spears (Greg), Sarah Monticue (Jason Knox), Brian Lyter (Laura), Michael Kerman (Kristan Callahan), Lauren Bowman (David), Gabrielle Schifferle (Zach), Katie Lyter (Carson Bell), Mallory Kerman (Marco Fenton), Marlene Miller (Connor Keane) and James R. Miller; his great grandchildren, William, Annalee, Alexandra, Rose Poppy, Elle, Paul and Madison; his brother David Miller (Bonnie); and his sister-in-law Annette Angora. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
