He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Abplanalp and Alice G. Atkins Abplanalp; his wife Florence Wilson Abplanalp; his siblings, Kate Chrispell, Mary Lawson, Marge Hendrickson, Marilyn Jordan and William Abplanalp; and his grandson Barton Abplanalp.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Abplanalp (Brenda) of Irvine, PA, Ricky Abplanalp (Kathy) of Youngsville, PA and Cathy Proudman (Nathan) of Jamestown, N. Y.; his sister Zelma McAllister of Southampton, N. J.; his grandchildren, Miranda Croston (Jackson), Braydon Abplanalp, Stacy Urbanic (John), Ryan Abplanalp, Kelly Proudman and Seth Proudman; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Blake and Johnny. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
