He is survived by: his wife Sarah Sue Scott; his grandchildren, Andy and Lori Scott (Drew) of Jefferson, GA; his children, Jennifer, Troy Moore (Caeden) of Lake Wylie, SC, Rachel Scott (Bryson) of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Lucas, Erin Scott, Mark, Johanna Scott (Cassidy) of Rixeyville, VA, Sarah and Tony Ventresco (Anthony) of Bealeton, VA.; and his siblings, Carol Gundlach (Gary) of Davenport, NY and Alan Scott (Lois) of Lottsville, PA..
