He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Warner and Eva Warner (Stickles); his brother-in-law Kenneth Johnson; and his mother-in-law Ruth Groves Bull. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Groves Warner; his daughters, Kimberly Mcfate (Troy) and Lisa Rose (Robert); his grandchildren, Krystal Mummolo (Andy), Kelly Sullivan (Dan), Karissa McKinney (Nic) and David DJ Rose; his great grandchildren, Johnathan, Evan, Finley, Ian, Maverick, Lilly, Addie and Gianna; and his sister Jeanne Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
