He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jones and Ida Taylor Jones; and his siblings, Sandy, Shirley and Ernie.
He is survived by: his former wife Vera Sophie Dobish; his children, Daniel Jones Jr. (Karen) and Kimberley; his grandchildren, Kelley, Katie, Janet Hansen (Dennis), Kelsey and Kaitlyn; his wife Sadie Shreve Baker of Youngsville; his sisters, Evelyn Ionna of Wilkes-Barre and Vera Walkowiak of Punta Gorda; and his sister-in-law Peggy Jones of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.. He is also survived by 11 children, 41 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
