He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur McKinney and Rachel McKinney (Firth); his wife Mary McKinney (Kysor); his son-in-law Raymond Brooks; his mother-in-law Cecil Kysor; and his brothers, Fred and Keith McKinney.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Brooks of Chincoteague, VA, Michael McKinney of Warren, Gregory McKinney of Warren and Angela Craker (Dustin) of Youngsville; his sister Patty of Nova Scotia; and his grandchildren, Cristian, Michelle Card, Piper, Haley Brooks, Lane and Lianna Craker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
