We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2021, at the age of 43, Brian Smith of Youngsville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Smith and Ruthann Lord Smith; and his grandparents, Bill, Pauline Lord, Ralph and Doris Smith.
He is survived by: his significant other Stephanie McCadams-Smith; his children, Paul Isaac Smith and Katharine Smith; his sisters, Lori Camacho (Mario) of Charleston, SC and Marsha Smith (Matt) of Cherry Creek, NY; his parents-in-law, Michael Van and Sue McCadams of McKenzie, TN; his sister-in-law Megan Yates of McKenzie, TN; and his nieces and nephews, Loren, Luisa Smith, RJ and Mary Poff.
