He was predeceased by: his father Milan Salva. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Eric Salva (Gera) of Longmont, CO and Kyle Salva of Starbrick, PA; and his close friend Tinker. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 5 brothers; 4 sisters; many nieces and nephews.
