We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Agatha (Johnson) Polley (Youngsville, Pennsylvania), born in Warren, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Johnson and Helen Anderson Johnson Martin; her stepfather Ellis Martin; her former husband Harry Neizmik; her husband John Polley; and her siblings, Howard Johnson and Jean Johnson Martin.

She is survived by: her children, Lori Neizmik Frauenknecht and Larry Neizmik (Charlotte); her grandson Patrick Frauenknecht of Erie; her sisters, Beatrice Swanson of Fullerton, CA and Nancy Stockham (Richard) of Surprise, AZ; and her half-brothers, William Martin of Youngsville, PA and Dale Martin (Gloria).

The family suggests memorial donations may be made to the Evangelical United Methodist Church, the Rouse Home, both in Youngsville, PA, or the Irvine Presbyterian Church in Irvine, PA.
