It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia M. Owens of Youngstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 7, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Vinson and Clarissa Vinson (Vanalstine); her daughter Donna Mae Mueseler; and her siblings, Charles J., Edward M. Vinson and Reba Long.
She is survived by: her husband Louis D. "Dale" Owens of Youngstown; her children, Dale E. Owens of Glendale, AZ and Diane E. Owens of Penn Hills; her grandchildren, Eric Mueseler (Emily), Kelly Mueseler Sterniak (Joel), Briana Owens Spears (Morgan) and Angelena Owens; and her great grandchildren, Everly, Owen and Mackenzie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
