He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Ettinger and Gladys Casper Ettinger; his sisters, Ruth Elbel, Mary Wyza and Carmella Ettinger; his niece Carol Venardos; and his nephew Bob Elbel.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Ettinger (Tara) of Bel Aire, MD and Jodi Ettinger of New Castle; and his siblings, Earl Ettinger of Warren, OH, Harry of New Castle, William Ettinger of New Castle, Joyce Maxwell of New Castle and Margaret Pyle of Youngstown, OH. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
