He is survived by: his children, Dale E. Owens of Gilbert, AZ and Diane E. Owens of Penn Hills; his son-in-law Robert W. Mueseler Jr. of Latrobe; his grandchildren, Eric Mueseler (Emily), Kelly Mueseler Sterniak (Joel), Briana Owens Spears (Morgan) and Angelena Owens Avenetti (Donovan); and his great grandchildren, Everly, Owen, Mackenzie, Aubrey and Adaline. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
