He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Trevathan of Cleveland, Ohio, Shaquela "Shaq" Jones of Youngstown Ohio, Gale Douglas of Youngstown Ohio and Kimberly Tate Boyd (Keith Boyd) of Youngstown Ohio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family and close friends.
