She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Bebbs and Anna Grice Bebbs; her husband David A. Dawson; her sisters, Lilian McGee and Betty J.; and her grandchildren, Tiara Whatley and Elyie Dawson.
She is survived by: her children, Randi Bebbs of Worthington, Kenneth Whatley Sr. (Sonia) of Gahanna, Kimberly Dawson of Las Vegas, David Keith Dawson of Alexandria, Virginia, Kathy Ramos, Kirk Dawson and Danielle Dawson; her siblings, Eleanor Clark of Youngstown, Ohio, Emily Alkire (Thomas) of Frazeysburg and Jessie Bebbs Jr. of Youngstown; and her granddaughter Tia Underwood of Delaware. She is also survived by great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
