Shaffer of Youngstown, Pennsylvania, born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 8, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother D. Elaine Hoyle Shaffer; his grandmother Phyllis J. Dickey; and his nephew Jesse Funk. He is survived by: his father William L. Shaffer of Latrobe; and his siblings, Kim McIntyre (Tom) of Latrobe, Phyllis Barlock (Mike) of Latrobe, William L. Shaffer Jr. (Kathy) of Punta Gorda, FL and Todd H. Shaffer (Margaret) of Maryville, TN.. He is also survived by Seven nephews, four nieces, twenty great nieces and nephews, his church family and many friends.
