Fowler of Youngstown, Pennsylvania, born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 10, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis H. Burke Sr. and Helen Burke (Pastor); and her siblings, Lewis H. Burke Jr. (Jean) and Dolores Short (Owen). She is survived by: her husband James P. Fowler of Youngstown; her children, Lynn Fowler of Latrobe and Richard J. Fowler (Deborah) of Latrobe; her granddaughter Melissa McElhaney (Joshua) of Greensburg; her great grandchild Mason; her brother Julius Burke (Kathy) of Punxsutawney; and her caregivers, Darla, Tammy, Ashley, Melissa, Irene and Kathy. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
