She was predeceased by: her parent Robert M. Evans; her husband James M. Borza; and her brothers, James Evans and Perry Evans. She is survived by: her parent Helen Leona Evans (Bricker); her children, Barry J. Borza of Youngstown, Cary R. Borza of Youngstown, Kathleen H. Bell and Lisa A. Pavlik; her siblings, Connie Schober of Unity Township, Gayle Metz of Pleasant Unity, Pam Morgan, Max Evans, Ronald Evans, Darrell Evans, Leon Evans of Derry, Gregory Evans and Dale Evans of Pleasant Unity; her grandchildren, Beth, Tina, Stephanie, Jennifer, Carly, Daniel, Christopher, Justin and Timothy; and her stepgranddaughters, Elaine and Nicole. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
