She is survived by: her son Debray (Abu Yusuf); her grandchildren, Saffiyah of Cleveland and Yusuf of Cleveland; her siblings, Lenore Smith, Demitri Turnage of Cleveland, OH, Shunette Turnage of Youngstown, OH, Michelle Kizar, Savannah and Darrin Turnage (Demitra) of Minnetonka, MN.; her nieces and nephews, Arjaniece Turnage, Rakelia Lightfoot, Damonien Smith, LaVance Turnage Jr., LaVell Turnage, Janay Veal, Denicka Turnage, Alexis Turnage, Alana Landers and Brian Smith; and her friend Charlene Anderson-Blakley. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
