He was predeceased by: his wife Betty A. Stough (Ruth); his parents, Flora Anthony (Lentz) and Warren Stough; and his grandson Bruce Rogers. He is survived by: his children, Barbara R. Stough of Dover, Jacqueline S. Feudale (Scott) of York, Warren D. Stough, Jr. (Stephanie) of York, Philip L. Stough (Joyce) of Spring Grove and Daniel A. Stough of Spring Grove; and his brother Barry Lucabaugh of York. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandson.
