He is survived by: his children, Anthony Spells, Rochenda Varnes, Christopher Burg Sr. (Tanya), Michael Johnson, Theodore Palmer Jr., John Palmer (Rebecca), Lynwood Ray and Terrence Edmonds; his siblings, Constance Smith (Leo), Rhoda Barton, Carla Palmer, Joyce Palmer and Patrick Palmer (DeAnn); his wife Wanda London Palmer; his daughter Zena London; and his brothers, Eugene Palmer Jr., Gary Palmer, Berry "Chuck" Palmer, Anthony Palmer and Michael Palmer. He is also survived by his 33 grandchildren and 68 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
