He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dorothy Strickler, Ethel Summers, Eugene Harget, LaFair Harget, Jr. and Helen Wildasin; and his parents, LaFair Harget and Mary Harget (Beck).
He is survived by: his wife Susan K. Harget (Shaffer); his daughter Kathy Harget; his son-in-law Andrew Myatt; his son David Harget; his daughter-in-law Jayme Harget; and his siblings, Arlene Landis and James Harget. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
