She is survived by: her children, Michael Wormley, Denise Woodard, Theresa Wormley (Jervin Green), Michelle Wormley, Stephanie Wormley (Leon Elliott), Antonio "Tony" Wormley (Lisa), Eric "Rick" Wormley and Kia Crawford; and her brother Charles "Yae-Yae" Wormley. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
