He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil H. Lokey and Bernetta J. Lokey (Hartman). He is survived by: his brother Craig A. Lokey (Carmen) of Midlothian, VA; and his aunts, Dorothy and Janet. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
