It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruthanna M. Shoemaker of York, Pennsylvania, born in East Berlin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 16, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond B. Stambaugh and Daisy Helen Stambaugh (Brillhart); her husband Herbert M. "Bud" Shoemaker; and her daughter Susan Lynn Shoemaker Stankiewicz. She is survived by: her children, Eric M. Shoemaker (Kimberly) of Dover and Elizabeth Shoemaker Trent (Matthew) of Frieden; her grandchildren, Kirk M. Shoemaker (Jessica), Alison R. Lee (Stephen), Tonia L. Shoemaker, Jessica N. Wilt (Mark), Madison S. Ramsey (Sean) and Stephen A. Stankiewicz, III; and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Isaac, Syler and Soren.
