McCargo (York, Pennsylvania), born in Ellington, New York, who passed away on June 1, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard B. McCargo; her parents, Kloid S. Rice and Frankie Rice (Johnson); and her brother Robert W. Rice. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara M. (Imants Celtnieks) of Wheaton, MD, Katherine M. (Raymond Dashner) of Woolrich, PA, Janet M. (Jim Reever) of York and Linda C. McCargo (Wm); and her brother Lewis C. Rice of Kennedy, NY.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
