It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russel Etter of York, Pennsylvania, born in New Holland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 24, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Suzanne Etter; his son Douglas Etter; his siblings, Mary, Ruth and Jack; and his parents, Russel Etter and Louisa "Kathryn" Etter (Miller).

He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Feeser Etter; his children, Karen M. Etter of York and David A. Etter (Shannon) of York; his grandchildren, Derek Etter, Carolyn McGough, Robert McGough, Brandon Wivagg and Connor Wivagg; his sisters, Anna Hillegass-Wright and Grace Stutz; and his stepdaughters, Michelle McGough (Charles) of Hanover and Lisa Wivagg (Kevin) of York.
