He is survived by : his brother Donald Hamilton; his wife Sarah Norfleet Hamilton; his daughter Anne Patrick Hamilton; his grandson Wyatt; his son-in-law Rodney Hahn; his granddaughter Olivia; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Hamilton, Barbara Norfleet McPhail and Phil McPhail. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Christ United Methodist Church (410 N Holden Rd, Greensboro, NC 27410).
