He was predeceased by: his wife Vera L. Bedwell (Mattos); his parents, Horace V. V. and Wilda W. Bedwell (Jenkins); his grandson Nickolaus Bedwell; and his brother Danny Bedwell.
He is survived by: his sons, Ronald E. Bedwell, Jr. and Erik J. Bedwell (Lori); his grandchildren, Austin, Zackary, Andrew and Sierra Bedwell; and his siblings, Wade Bedwell of Oklahoma and Darlene Summerlott of Texas.
