He was predeceased by: his parents, Estella Russell (Querry) and Rubin Russell; and his brothers, Chester "Leroy" Russell and Fred Russell. He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Russell (Kochenour); and his siblings-in-law, Gwen Walters, Bonnie Wilmer (Bob), Deb McCune (Tom) and Ken Kochenour (Candice). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc. (35 Gotham Pl, Red Lion, PA 17356). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the same location.
