He was predeceased by: his wife Judith A. McClain (Smith); and his parents, Arlene Frey (McClain) and Gerald E. Frey. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly W. M. Reigart (Toby L.) of York, Heather L. Ward (Robie) of York and Erin S. Ehlen of Burnet, TX; his stepchildren, Lisa A. Schmittle (Karl V. Jr.) of York and Michael G. Leichliter (Mary Edith) of Duxbury, VT; and his brother Robert P. Frey. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
