He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Ames (Hunt); his children, Kelly M. Crone (John), Jamie C. Tracey (Robert), Jody L. Kroh (Todd) and Troy D. Ames; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Amanda, Justin, Tyler, Kayla, Kortney, Andy and Riley; and his siblings, George Ames (Connie) and Deborah Beach (Harry). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
