He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert A. Strohm, and Thelma E. Kann Strohm, Sr.; his wife Sandra Piper; and his brother Edward C. Strohm. He is survived by: his sons, Robert A. Strohm III of York and Clay P. Strohm of York. He is also survived by three nephews; and one niece.
