He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bonnie" Bedell (Black); his children, Tracy Bedell-Hoke of York, Russell Bedell of York, Kimberly Sutton (Geoffrey) of Waynesboro and Amanda Bedell of Waynesboro; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Nicholas, Emilyn, Andrew, Dashiell, Madeleine and Xavier.
