He was predeceased by: his wife Christine Campbell (Troutwine); and his parents, Floyd Campbell and Emily Campbell. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey of Red Lion and Richard, Jr. (Elizabeth); his grandson Nicholas of Lebanon, Ohio; and his son Craig (Stephanie) of York.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Luther Memorial Lutheran Church (1907 Hollywood Dr, York, PA 17403). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
