He is survived by: his wife Mildred Proctor (Sexton); his children, Juanita Proctor, Evanna Proctor, Rayette Proctor and Spence Proctor; his stepson Jerald Proctor; his grandchildren, Vincent Lockhart, Tyana George, Christian Lockhart and Madelyn Proctor; his stepgrandchildren, Jerika Cornish, Jerald Proctor, Jr. and Keevon Rice; his stepgreat-grandchild Jovias Rodriguez; his uncle Joseph Proctor; his nephews, Daryl Hall and Ralph Hall, Jr.; and his niece Cathy Thomas.
