He is survived by: his wife Melissa A. Frey (Godfrey); his mother Sandra D. Frey-Sellers (Duke) of Red Lion; his sons, Devon D. Frey and Zachary M. Frey; his siblings, Sherry A. Burks and Craig A. Frey; his nephews, David L. Frey and Shawn D. Burks; his great-niece Presley M. Burks; and his stepgrandfather William L. Neidhammer.
