He was predeceased by: his parents, Ephrim Houck and Anna Louise Houck (Munchel); his spouse Carlyn L. "Colly" Houck (Woltman); and his siblings, Richard, John, Thomas, Michael Houck, Helen Tillotson, Elaine Riccardi and Mary Louise Houck.
He is survived by: his brother David Houck (Mary Ann) of York. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
