He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick J. Kunzman and Charlotte M. Kunzman (Wynn); and his siblings, Frederick, George, Samuel and Jenevieve.

He is survived by: his wife Joan E. Kunzman (Grayham); his children, Randy Kunzman, Daniel Kunzman and Trudy Kunzman; his stepson Michael Green; and his extended family, Albert Blouse IV, Alyssa Blouse, Devin Blouse and Austin Blouse. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
